When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation on 08.06.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation by the 4th respondentCommissioner.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for respondentMunicipality, that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 4th respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notices to all the stakeholders. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to verify the representation, dated 08.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible.
