This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the crime against the 5th respondent and her henchmen, on petitioner's complaint dated 12.05.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint made by the petitioner was entered in the General Diary on 12.05.2018; and that on enquiry, as it was found that the issue was civil in nature, the same was informed to the petitioner also.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
