- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1693 OF 2017 ORDER :

This Contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for wilful violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14666 of 2017 on 24.04.2017.

W.P.No.14666 of 2017 was disposed of directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner as reflected in his representation dated 18.04.2016 and to pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of the Memo No.4617/B1/2016 dated 07.09.2017, whereunder, the representation of the petitioner was considered and orders are passed rejecting the request of the petitioner. 4.

Having regard to the above, the contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
