HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26990 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP).

The sum and substance, of the grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition, is that the Station House Officer and other Officers, who are subordinates to respondent No.4, are interfering with the petitioners day to day affairs and harassing them on account of their writings in the newspaper.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Superintendent of Police, Kakinada, East Godavari District to consider the representation of the petitioners, cause enquiry and, if the allegations are found to be true, necessary action be taken on the administrative side as respondent No.4 is the head of the Institution within the District.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
