This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in not permitting the petitioner to distribute the essential commodities of his Fair Price Shop No.28-A of Ravulapalem Village and Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to enable him to distribute the essential commodities to

the cardholders attached to his shop..

At the hearing, Mr.N.Siva Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
