HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4190 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in not making the payment of arrears of rent of Rs.3,00,900/- and in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2012 as highly illegal, unlawful, arbitrary and violation of right to life and personal liberty and violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to pay the arrears of rent forthwith." During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the instructions of this Court, payment of arrears of rent Rs.3,00,900/-, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, have already been paid. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in the writ petition.
