O R D E R

Sri P.Kavitha, learned counsel, representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that they have instructions to withdraw the writ petition and, therefore, seeks permission for the same. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in paying family pension even after lapse of more than a year from the date of death of the husband of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. For the very same relief and stating that petitioner made representation dated 07.03.2018 ventilating her grievance and the said representation is not being disposed of, another W.P.No.11614 of 2018, has been filed.

It is unfortunate that when the petitioner has already filed the present writ petition, she has not been properly advised, which resulted in filing of another writ petition for the very same relief. However, in view of the representation of the learned counsel petitioner, permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
