THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6669 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 439(1)(b) r/w Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking to relax condition Nos.1 and 2 imposed by the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothagudem vide order dated 04.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.989 of 2019 in C.C.No.70 of 2019, directing him to retain his passport bearing No.R8111614, which was handed over to the Court at the time of remand; and to obtain permission from the Magistrate to leave the country. The said CC was registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 506, 406 IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.

A perusal of the order impugned would show that the Court below, after taking into consideration the nature of offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioner/A1, imposed the aforesaid conditions while granting bail to him. Hence, I do not find any illegally or irregularity warranting interference by this Court. Moreover, the said order was passed only on 04.10.2019. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned and the prayer of the petitioner/A1 is rejected.

4.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
