ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner for posting him to District Agriculture Office Sangareddy on spouse grounds and retaining the 3rd respondent in the same place though he was completed more than 10 years is illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional apart from violative of Principles of Natural Justice and apart from instructions issued by the Government from time to time with a consequential direction to the Respondents to consider the claim of the Petitioner for posting him to District Agriculture Office Sangareddy on spouse ground in place of the 3rd respondent with all consequential benefits and pass such other order..."
Heard Sri K.Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the 3rd respondent has completed seven years of service, the official respondents retained him in the same place, but not considered the case of the petitioner for transfer in the counseling held in the month of June, 2018. Having considered the said submission, this Court is of the considered view that almost one year has elapsed from
the date of counseling, and the grievance of the petitioner can be resolved in the next counseling.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner on spouse ground in the ensuing counseling for transfer, in accordance with the Statutory Rules. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
