HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.20302 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in harassing the petitioner not to do "CAPTCHA" business as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying the allegations of the petitioner that the petitioner was taken into custody and also taking of custody of one laptop and one cell phone. It is also stated that as of now no First Information Report is registered against the petitioner on the file of the 2nd respondent. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondents shall not interfere with the lawful activities of the petitioner. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
