HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos. 27014, 31282, 32578, 34834 OF 2011, 77, 78,3538, 4383, 4730, 5321,5426, and COMMON ORDER:

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the official respondents that the cases of the petitioners for their appointment as Fair Price Shop Dealers in respective areas were considered in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.1) Department, dated 28.02.2014 and they were already been appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealers.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel appearing on either side, no further orders need be passed in these Writ Petitions.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel, these Writ Petitions are closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed consequently. No order as to costs.
