THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.1887 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC challenging the orders dated 09.11.2016 in E.P.No.261 of 2016 on the file of the Court of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file an objection petition before the Executing Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file an objection petition before the Executing Court. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
