This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 07.04.2010 passed by the 1st respondent under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. Earlier, this writ petitioner filed W.P.No.12080 of 2010 against order dated 07.04.2010 and same was withdrawn without any liberty to institute fresh writ petition. In view of same, the petitioner cannot maintain the present writ petition only for the said reason.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. _______________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 23.02.2016.
