ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 26-07-2013 in W.P.No.16911 of 2013. At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Assignments (AP), placed before the Court proceedings vide Roc.No.B/1623/2005, dated 22-07-2017, whereby the Tahsildar (FAC), Renigunta Mandal has ordered mutation of the total extent of Ac.60-00 in various survey numbers of Kurukalva and Kothapalem villages in the name of the petitioner subject to the outcome of W.A.Nos.1532 of 2013 and 723 of 2017.

With the issue of the aforementioned proceedings, the order in the Writ Petition stood complied with. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed.
