This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in locating the high tension electrical power tower in the land of the petitioner i.e. in Survey No.133/AA, Yadaram Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Medchal, Malkajgiri District.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents submits that the petitioner without making any application for shifting of tower before the respondents, has straight away filed the present writ petition in respect of tower, which is already erected. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will make necessary application before the respondents for shifting of tower. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application to the 2nd respondent for shifting of tower and on such application being filed the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same and take action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
