THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.25266 of 2017 O R D E R:

The alleged inaction on the part of the 5th respondent in not investigating into Cr.No.369 of 2015 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

A counter affidavit deposed by the Inspector of Police & SHO, Nellore Rural Police Station/fifth respondent herein is filed and at paragraph 5 of the said counter affidavit it is stated that the Investigating Officer conducted the investigation in the case strictly in accordance with law and filed a final report before the Court of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate on 21.09.2017.

In view of the above, no further adjudication of the issue in the present writ petition is required. Writ Petition is accordingly closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
