Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.
It is the case of the petitioner that herself and her brother jointly purchased land admeasuring Acs.3.20 gts and Ac.0.15 gts in Survey Nos.318/2 and 321/AA under a registered document bearing No.3036/2016 and the same was also mutated in the name of the petitioner and her brother vide proceedings No.3822/2015 dated 29.07.2016 and the same was also mutated in the revenue records. In terms of the oral partition between the petitioner and her brother, an extent of Ac.1.30 gts in Survey No.318/2 and an extent of Ac.0.07 gts in Survey No.321/AA of Maddoor Village, Shaabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was mutated in the name of the petitioner and also updated after digitalization of land records and the petitioner was also issued digital pattadar pass book vide pass book No.T05220090556 duly including the said extent of Ac.1.30 gts and Ac.0.07 gts in Survey Nos.318/2/1 and 321/A5/1/1/1. It is the further case of the petitioner that the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the
MSK,J W.P.NO.30129 OF 2022 said extent of land and she also received the benefits under Rythubandhu Scheme in respect of Ac.1.37 gts since recent past. However, after introduction of Dharani Portal, the respondent-authorities, instead of updating the total extent of Ac.1.37 gts on online Dharani Portal, have mutated only Ac.1.30 gts in Survey No.318/2/1 and an extent of Ac.0.07 gts situated in Survey No.321/A5/1/1/1 situated at Maddoor Village is missing on online Dharani Portal. Having noticed the said error committed by the respondents, the petitioner claims to have submitted an online application bearing No.LM2100097323 on 28.12.2021 but even after lapse of more than six months, the respondents have not taken any action on the said online application and kept the same pending as on date. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for directing the respondents to consider the said online application submitted by the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that in case if the online application submitted by the petitioner is in order, the same would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second
MSK,J W.P.NO.30129 OF 2022 respondent to consider the online application bearing No.LM2100097323 submitted by the petitioner for updating the missing extent of Ac.0.07 gts in Survey No.321/A5/1/1/1 situated at Maddoor Village, Shaabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the name of the petitioner on online Dharani Portal and to include the same in E-pattadar pass book and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
