THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 23114 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the Shortfall Letter dated 10.10.2019 issued by respondent No.4-Additional Chief City Planner, GHMC, Kukatpally Zone.

Inasmuch as there is a provision for fulfilling the shortfall and the same is not being a rejection, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to give explanation to the impugned Shortfall Letter and the same shall be considered by the respondents.
