This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the actionof the 3rd respondent in constructing a wall in the petitioners' plots blocking the ingress and egress of the petitioners to their plots bearing patta No.16, 17 and Sy.Nos.204/3A, 204/2A, situated in plot No.23, 24, admeasuring 668.22 sq.ys., part of plot No.21, admeasuring 144.44 sq.ys., part of plot No.22, admeasuring 200 sq.ys., part of plot No.25, admeasuring 144.66 sq.ys., totally admeasuring 1157.32 sq.ys and plot No.27, 28 part admeasuring 333.33 sq.ys in approved lay out Pr.No.115 of Adavivaram Village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to proceed with the said construction of wall.
When the petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.02.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.4655 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the respondents.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed in terms of the order dated 26.02.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.4655 of 2015. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
