HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1276 of 2022 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader Services-III, appearing for the respondent, has submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 20-07-2022. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the same.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order dated 20-07-2022, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
