This application is filed by the applicant to come on record by substituting and/or representing 2nd respondent as a secured creditor of 1st respondent in C.P.No.108 of 2001.

The Official Liquidator has placed on record an order dt.08-062016 in C.A.No.104 of 2016 wherein this Court permitted the applicant to come on record as a respondent in the Company Petition instead of substituting the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant has no objection for the same. Accordingly, this application is disposed of permitting the applicant herein to come on record as respondent No.19 in C.P.No.108 of 2001.
