On 23.11.2022, it was brought to the notice of this Court that Sri K.L.N Rao, learned counsel for the appellant is no more. Therefore, this Court has directed to issue notice to the appellant, enabling him to appear in person or to engage a counsel.

2. Accordingly, Registry has issued notice to the appellant and the same has been returned with an endorsement "insufficient address".

3. Therefore, this Court is constrained to close the appeal as notice could not be served on the appellant. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
