2018-11-13M.S.Ramachandra Rao2 pages

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CC.No.2544 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

2.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.20.04.2016 passed in WP.No.2528 of 2015. 3.

In that case, this Court had directed the respondents to conduct a survey for demarcating the lands of petitioners by considering their respective applications after collecting necessary charges therefor within a period of eight (08) weeks.

4.

The respondents have filed a counter-affidavit dt.31.12.2016 stating they had conducted survey on 13.08.2016, and the petitioner attended the survey and also stated that he was satisfied with the survey.

5.

Record in support of the said survey conducted by the respondents is also filed along with the counter-affidavit. 6.

Since the respondents have thus obeyed the order passed by this Court on 20.04.2016 passed in WP.No.2528 of 2015, I see no reason to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court. 7.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs.
