BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.13416 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri M.Ramgopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for some length of time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
