In view of the dismissal of W.P.No.24035 of 2017 by order dt.12-10-2018, the interim order dt.27-07-2017 passed in W.P.M.P.No.29735 of 2017 in the said Writ Petition merges with the final order. Therefore, I do not see any reason that the respondents shall be punished for contempt for violation of the said interim order. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
