THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E. V. VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.714 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.I29 of 2Ol4 on the lile of the learned III \ Special Magistrate, Errarnanzil, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial \ , , court").

Heard Mr. Anand, learned counsel representing Mr. P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the C.C.No.I29 of 2Ol4 before the trial Court has been transferred to some other Court. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition while granting liberty to lile an appropriate application after obtaining instructions with regard to the re-numbered Calendar Case 4.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes no objection to the same
