This petition is filed under Section 370 read with 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad in Crl.M.P.No.203 of 2016 in Crl.A.P.No.971 of 2016, dated 25.11.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit. Hence, the criminal petition is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand infructuous.
