THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI WRIT PETITION No.30137 of 2022 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in not taking any action for demolition of illegal structures that are raised without any permission from the municipal authority over 1st petitioner Association and its members' plots in an area of Ac.24.08 gts., in Sy.Nos.90 and 91 of Tattiannaram Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of written representation dated 30.05.2022 along with other oral and written representations, as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri C.Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the respondents are not taking any action on the illegal construction made by the land grabbers. In fact, the petitioners have filed a writ before this Court i.e., W.P.No.9208 of 2020 and the same was disposed of on 29.06.2021 with a direction to the 4th respondent to take necessary action in accordance with law. He submits that thereafter several representations are made, but no action has been initiated.

Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that initially the respondents have issued a notice and part of it they have demolished. Thereafter, the land grabbers made constructions. He submits that the respondents have issued another notice on 15.07.2022 and will take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.

Recording the submission of learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take further steps in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
