When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34590 of 2018, dt.08.04.2019, the case of the petitioner was considered and the petitioner was promoted as Senior Assistant vide proceedings dt.04.12.2019 and the Contempt Case may be closed. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
