THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5731 of 2011 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners A.1 to A.4/accused seek to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.55 of 2010 of Rajampet Police Station, Nalgonda District. While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter dated 10-3-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajampet Police Station, Nalgonda District, would submit that in this case, Sessions Case No.411 of 2011 arising out of P.R.C.No.17 of 2011 in Cr.No.55 of 2010 of Rajampet Police Station, Nalgonda District, was ended in acquittal as per the judgment dated 4-9-2014 on the file of Sessions Judge, Bhongir and thus prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
