Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and learned counsel appearing for the 7th respondent, and perused the material on record. 2.

The learned counsel for the 7th respondent produced before this Court, order dated 08.05.2018 in E.A.No.6 of 2018 in E.P.No.10 of 2018 in O.S.No.169 of 2012 passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Miryalguda, whereby, the petition filed by the petitioner herein under section 151 of Civil Procedure Code 1908, (for short, "C.P.C.") to provide police protection for implementation of the decree dated 29.12.2012 passed in O.S.No.169 of 2012 was dismissed on merits.

However, learned counsel for the 7th respondent fairly submits that Execution Petition is still pending and application for grant of police aid in E.A.No.6 of 2018 in E.P.No.10 of 2018 in O.S.No.169 of 2012 alone is dismissed.

Having suffered the order dated 08.05.2018 in E.A.No.6 of 2018 in E.P.No.10 of 2018 in O.S.No.169 of 2012, the petitioner ought to have challenged the same by invoking proper remedy under the provisions of the C.P.C., however, the petitioner

surprisingly found it just to file the writ petition which is not maintainable.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
