CVNR, J & TA, J CMA.No.619 of 2006 Dt:29.8.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order, dated 05.4.2006, in I.A.No.862 of 2005 in O.S.No.48 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

The Registry has placed before the Court the Internet copy of status of O.S.No.48 of 2005, a perusal of which shows that the said suit itself was disposed of on 19.10.2009. As the appeal is filed against an interlocutory order pending the suit, with the disposal of the said suit, the appeal itself has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order, dated 20.7.2006, in CMAMP.No.1218 of 2006 is vacated and CMAMP.No.1218 of 2006 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
