THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1177 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 25.11.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26563 of 2007.

Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the order, dated 25.11.2016, has since been complied with. In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
