ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.07 guntas, Ac.0.07 guntas, Ac.0.121⁄2 guntas and Ac.0.121⁄2 guntas in total Ac.0.39 guntas in survey Nos.709/1/2/1, 709/1/2/2, 711/2/1/1 and 711/2/1/2 respectively of Mucharla Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.M.Ajay Kumar, learned standing counsel for Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) representing respondent No.2, on instructions, has submitted that his client has not interfered with the aforementioned lands of the petitioner at any given point of time and that in future also his client will not interfere with the petitioner's possession of the aforesaid lands without following due process of law.

The above submissions of the learned standing counsel for respondent No.2 are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.4354 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
