This Criminal petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973 (for short ,Cr.p.C.,) by the petitioner/accused No.1 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.180 of 2077 on the file of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the I offences against accused are purrishable under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian penal Cocle.

Heard learned counsel for the respondent No.1_State and perused the record 3.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. This Court by order, dated 23.10.2019, directed personal notice to be served on respondent No.2. No memo is filed with proof of service of notice. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the Criminal petition pencling.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dispose,J of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in the event of cause surviving.
