This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of charge sheet in C.C. No.6255 of 2Ol9 (in Crime No.257 of 2079 on the file of WPS Saroornagar of Rachakonda Commissionerate) on the frle of learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyderabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District registered against petitioners/Accused Nos. I to 7 for the offence under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

02. No representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondent No.2.

03. Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No. l/State has filed a copy of proceedings from E-Courts pertaining to this case of JCJ-bum-MM Courts, Ranga Reddy, to show that the parties in this case have compromised and accordingly the trial Court has disposed ofthe same.

04. In view of the facts and circumstances, since the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed, the very purpose of hling the Criminal Petition to quash C.C. No.6255 of

20 19 is defeared and there by the Criminal petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed_

05. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closecl.
