HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 11952 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the respondents has submitted that the writ petition is filed seeking regularization of the services of the petitioner and that the services of the petitioner were regularized with effect from 01.01.2005 and the petitioner is still working. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the same.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
