THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6680 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in P.R.C No.5 of 2019 (Crime No.481 of 2018) pending on the file of Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 would submit in similar circumstances this Court by order, dated 09.09.2019, in Crl.P.No.5509 of 2019 quashed the proceedings in the aforesaid P.R.C insofar as accused Nos.5 and 6. The same is not disputed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.

Having regard to the same and for the reasons stated therein, this Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in P.R.C.No.5 of 2019 pending on the file of Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, insofar as the present petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 are concerned.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
