WP.MP.No.37058 of 2017 is filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition.

When the matter is listed on 06.09.2017 the fact that the parties are not properly arrayed was not brought to the notice of this Court and this Court passed order dismissing the WP.MP.No.37058 of 2017. Before the order is signed, it is brought to the notice of this Court that parties are not properly arrayed, and this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

A perusal of the cause title of the Writ Petition goes to show that parties are not properly arrayed.

In view of the same, WP.MP.No.37058 of 2017 is allowed and WP.No.5919 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to institute fresh writ petition. No order as to costs.
