This Revision is preferred by the petitioner - plaintiff calling in question the order dated 10.12.2014 passed in I.A.No.118 of 2013, which was moved by him for securing the original written statement in O.S.No.31 of 1986 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge's Court, Pithapuram, which is now available with the Central Record Room, District Court Complex, East Godavari, Rajahmundry. In view of the detailed order passed by me in C.R.P.No.4819 of 2014, today, this Revision is allowed. The learned Junior Civil Judge, Pithapuram, is directed to send for the written statement filed in O.S.No.

31 of 1986, which was disposed of on 13-07-1989, so that he can mark the signature of the plaintiff appearing thereon and thereafter, forward the same to a hand-writing expert at the expense of the petitioner herein, for comparison of his signature appearing on Ex.B-1. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand allowed. Registry is directed to append a copy of the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.4819 of 2014, dated 02-04-2014 to this order while dispatching. __________________________ NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.
