No representation for the petitioner even today despite listing the present Transfer C.M.P. under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even otherwise, daily status report would show that the very O.P. No.217 of 2015 was coming up for arguments and stood posted earlier on 20.04.2018.

Therefore, the present Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Transfer CMP, stand closed.
