In view of the Letter dated 5.12.2016 submitted by Sri K.V. Subrahmanya Narusu, learned counsel for appellants to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that as the matter is settled out of Court, and hence this appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. Permission is accorded and accordingly this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.
