This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.2 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.168 of 2018 of Mannur Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307 read with 34 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of hearing, it is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2 that the petitioner/ A.2 was a juvenile as on the date of the alleged offence.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner/ A.2 is entitled tomove an application before the authority concerned to demonstrate that he was a juvenile on the date of the alleged offence. On that, the authority concerned may pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
