ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not implementing the order, dated 03.08.2011, of respondent No.1 as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Mr.C.Prakash, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42432 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
