This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.107 of 2010 of Bonakal Police Station, Khammam District for various offences.

But learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that Charge Sheet was filed on 31st January, 2011 i.e., almost two months prior to filing of the present petition. Therefore, petition to quash proceedings in the above crime is not maintainable and as such, this petition is dismissed on this ground alone. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
