THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.20910 OF 2015 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner alleges that the respondents 2 to 5 are interfering with the civil disputes at the behest of 6th respondent and pressurizing the petitioner for eviction and handing over possession of the land admeasuring Ac.8.00 cents, situated at Nadikudi Sivar, hamlet of Dachepally village and Mandal, Guntur District without following due process of law. Mr. Ramesh Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (A.P.), on written instructions, submits that the allegations levelled in the writ petition are not correct and the official respondents never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent and they have not pressurized the petitioner for his eviction from the subject-lands. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law in the event of any fresh cause of action arises. No costs.
