HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5177 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.2 to A.12 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.50 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District, registered against them for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 of IPC and under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, but subsequently, action was dropped by the police.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
