THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE MS JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.19991 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri N.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the Learned Government for Services agree that a similar order, as was passed in W.P.No.15328 of 2018 dated 18.06.2018, be passed in this Writ Petition also.

Following the said order, and in terms thereof, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the applications for mutual transfer with utmost expedition and, in any event, not later than one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
