No representation for the petitioner-accused No.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that the Investigating Officer filed the final report on 22.04.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banaganapalli, Kurnool District, to close the matter reporting it as 'false', and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
