HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5491 of 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not considering the petitioner's case for regularization of her services in the post of Sweeper by fixing the regular scale, inspite of repeated representations made by her, as illegal, arbitrary and discrimination and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner by fixing the regular pay scale attached to the post held by the petitioner as Sweeper on par with other similarly situated persons whose cases were considered by the respondent authorities.

2. When the matter was listed on 27.07.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and to give one more opportunity, the matter was listed under the caption for dismissal.

3. Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
